*In store returns must be accompanied by a store receipt. And made in the original form they were purchased.

*Articles returned within 14 days with all tags, packaging, unsoiled, unworn, unwashed, unwrinkled are refundable.

*Articles returned after 14 days as above are refunded in the form of a store credit only.

*Defective items worn, will be credited on a pro rated basis provided the damage is a manufacturer defect and not the result of abuse or misuse. This determination will be made at DiGiulio's sole discretion or upon the manufacturer's examination.    *All layaways, holds, or online pick-ups are refunded as a store credit only!
